APPETIZER
RIBS RECIPE
Appetizer Ribs are great to
serve your family and guests. Make sure you give them a serviette
with it as they will need one. The Appetizer Ribs have a wonderful
flavour all of there own and eating the Appetizer Ribs are
a wonderful way to start a meal.
Appetizer
Ribs Ingredients
3 1/2 lbs spareribs, cut individually
salt and pepper
2 cups water
6 oz can pineapple juice
garlic salt
8 oz bottle russian salad dressing
Appetizer
Ribs Method
Sprinkle salt and pepper over
the spareribs. Put the spareribs in a slow cooker and pour
water over them. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or
until tender and then drain. Arrange ribs on a broiler pan
and sprinkle with garlic salt. Combine salad dressing and
pineapple juice to make sauce. Brush the Appetizer Ribs with
half the sauce and boil them until brown. Turn them over and
brush the other side and cook until brown.
NOTE:
Ask the butcher to cut each rib in half cross ways so they
will be a more convenient size to handle as an appetizer.
