APPLE
AND FENNEL SALAD RECIPE
If you are like me I had no
idea what to do with fennel. I remember my parents always
had it growing and one day I asked mum what she used to make
with it and the Apple and Fennel Salad was one of the things
she used it for. I now make the Apple and Fennel Salad for
my family and I now have fennel growing in a garden out my
back door.

And Fennel Salad Ingredients
5 oz fresh spinach
1 each small red onion sliced
1 each small fennel head sliced
2 each medium granny smith apples
salad dressing of your choice

And Fennel Salad Method
First thing
peel and cube the granny smith apples and thoroughly wash
the spinach and remove any stems. Make sure you dry it well
and place it in a salad bowl. Take the apples, onions and
fennel and add to the mixture in the salad bowl. Toss the
Apple and Fennel Salad with the dressing of your choice and
decorate the salad with fennel tops.
Enjoy your freshly made Apple
