PARFAITS RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Apple Parfaits. It is a quick and
easy recipe to make. There

Parfaits. It is a very tantalising recipe one everyone in
your family will love. When I make Apple Parfaits my children
and grandchildren think it is real special when I get out
my special crystal glasses and make this recipe. I make a
great meal to go with it and then serve the Apple Parfaits
for a special dessert.

Parfaits Ingredients
1 cup boiling water
1 packet raspberry jelly crystals
1 3/4 cups apple puree
2 dsp lemon juice
1/3 cup sugar
2 egg whites
pinch salt
whipped cream and strawberries to garnish

Parfaits Method
To the
jelly crystals add the boiling water untill dissolved. Add
to the jelly the apple puree and the lemon juice. Cool then
chill till nearly set. Beat the egg whites with the salt until
stiff then gradually add the sugar beating until thick and
glossy. Fold into the partly set jelly mixture and spoon into
individual glasses. Chill until set. When ready to serve the
Apple Parfaits, top each with a swirl of whipped cream and
a whole strawberry.
