CHEESE
AND BACON NACHOS RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Cheese and Bacon Nachos. It is
a quick and easy recipe to make. I use to make nachos for
dinner for my family and then one day I was having visitors
over for dinner so I decided I wanted quick and easy appetizers
so I made the Cheese and Bacon Nachos as appetizers and served
them with a small bowl of sour cream and they really enjoyed
the appetizers. You can make all sorts of appetizers and they
don't have to be expensive or lavish they can be just simple
appetizers like these Cheese and Bacon Nachos and everyone
still enjoys them.
Cheese
and Bacon Nachos Ingredients
250g sour cream
200g packet corn chips
6 spring onions chopped
6 rashers bacon chopped
125g grated mature cheddar
4 jalapeno chilies finely chopped
Cheese
and Bacon Nachos Method
In a non stick frying pan add
bacon, spring onions and chilies then cook over medium heat
4 minutes or until bacon is crisp then remove bacon mixture
from pan and drain on absorbent paper. In a shallow oven proof
dish place the corn chips and sprinkle with bacon mixture
and cheese then bake for 5 minutes or until heated through
and the cheese is melted. Serve the Cheese and Bacon Nachos
straight away accompanied with a bowl sour cream.

SALMON
PATE RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Salmon Pate. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make. It
is so good to make up your own pate and this Salmon Pate is
just so great served with crackers. The taste of the red salmon,
ricotta cheese, mayonnaise, grated lemon rind, lemon juice,
spring onions and butter is what goes into making this an
easy but scrumptious Salmon Pate. I like making up a pate
with crackers when I am having a dinner party as it is something
everyone enjoys with drinks before dinner. My children and
grandchildren like it when I make the Salmon Pate and serve
it to them with crackers while I am finnishing cooking the
main course.
Salmon Pate Ingredients
3
spring onions
125g mayonnaise
2 Tbs
lemon juice
125g butter melted
125g ricotta
cheese
2 tsp
grated lemon rind
220g canned
red salmon drained
Salmon
Pate Method
In
a blender add salmon, ricotta, mayonnaise, lemon rind, lemon
juice and spring onions and blend together then add butter
and blend until smooth. Spoon the Salmon Pate into individual
pate pots and top with a little melted butter and refrigerate
overnight. Serve the Salmon Pate with crackers.
