BATTER
FOR FRYING - ORIENTAL RECIPE
Batter
for Frying - Oriental this is truelly a wonderful flavour
batter mix to use.You can use the batter for a lot of things
not just chicken, pork, shrimp and lobster, I also use the
Batter for Frying - Oriental to do battered savs also and
I don't know if you have ever tried battered potatoes they
are great done with the Batter for Frying - Oriental.
Batter
For Frying - Oriental Ingredients

shrimp
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1 Tbs honey
2 Tbs sherry
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup self Raising flour
1 tsp ginger, freshly grated
1/2 tsp fresh garlic finely minced
Batter
For Frying - Oriental Method
To
make a smooth batter mix the eggs, salt, garlic, flour, cornstarch,
and milk in a bowl. Now mix the honey, lemon juice, sherry
and ginger together and marinade the shrimp, split down the
back, for at least 15 minutes. Fry dipped shrimp in peanut
oil until light brown. The Batter For Frying - Oriental can
