BEAN
AND TUNA SALAD RECIPE
My
favourite salad with fish is this Bean And Tuna Salad. I find
it is excellent if your trying to lose weight as I had a lot
of weight to lose and I used to have the Bean And Tuna Salad
for my lunch. It is very nourishing and it fills you up and
the taste is excellent. My whole family likes this recipe,
so now I make the Bean And Tuna Salad if we are having a barbecue.
Bean And
Tuna Salad Ingredients
1
tsp salt
3 cups water
1/3 cup olive oil
pepper to taste
12 oz tuna drained
1 medium red onion
3 tsp red wine vinegar
2 cans cannellini beans
Bean And
Tuna Salad Method
In
a bowl add the beans and onion then mix together the oil,
vinegar, salt and pepper and pour over the beans and onion.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Next transfer the
bean mixture to a serving platter and break the tuna into
chunks and arrange it on the bean mixture. Put a slotted spoon
at the side of the Bean And Tuna Salad on the serving platter
for visitors to serve themselves.
