BEEF
WITH CAPER SAUCE RECIPE
To serve as appetizer cut cooked
Beef With Caper Sauce into cubes and serve on small wooden
picks inserted in cabbage head or fruit. Dip beef cubes in
caper sauce. This is a wonderful way to have Beef With Caper
Sauce. I done the Beef With Caper Sauce at my daughters baby
shower it was a real hit with everyone. You can also have
it with a main meal to but cut it into strips instead of cubes
either way is very delicious.
Beef With
Caper Sauce Ingredients
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup tomato paste
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 Tbs crushed rosemary
4 lb beef eye of round roast
2 tsp salt and pepper to taste
GARNISHES:
parsley
paprika
caper sauce
green onions
Beef With
Caper Sauce Method
Place the roast into a large
bowl. Combine oil, tomato paste, soy sauce, vinegar, rosemary,
salt and pepper and pour over the roast and cover and marinade
in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Remove roast from marinade
and wipe with absorbent paper then place the roast fat side
up on rack in open roasting pan. Roast in moderate oven 350
degrees for 20 minutes per pound. Slice the roast and arrange
slices of Beef With Caper Sauce in an overlapping pattern
on a serving platter and spoon caper sauce down center then
sprinkle with paprika , green onions and parsley.
