BEAN PASTA RECIPE
Black Bean Pasta is a very
easy and nourishing meal to have. The flavours of the black
beans, onion, peppers, garlic, diced tomatoes, corn and dried
cilantro mixed with the shell pasta makes this pasta recipe
taste absolutely fantastic. This Black Bean Pasta goes well
at a barbecue served with a nice big barbecue steak and garlic
bread.

Bean Pasta Ingredients
1 onion
1 Tbs olive oil
2 cups frozen corn
1/4 cup dried cilantro
4 cloves garlic minced
1 lb medium pasta shells
1 can black beans drained
1 can diced tomatoes with juice
2 jalapeno peppers finely chopped without seeds

Bean Pasta Method
Cook the pasta according to
package directions. Put the pasta shells into a serving bowl
and keep warm. Meanwhile in a frying pan heat the olive oil
and saute onion, jalepenos, and garlic for about 5 minutes
and then add the tomatoes, corn, beans, and cilantro. Add
this mixture to the pasta shells and mix through. Put the
Black Bean Pasta onto serving plates with steak and garlic
bread.
