AND BACON WEDGES RECIPE
This recipe

of the bacon and cheese in the wedges makes the taste really

and Bacon Wedges Ingredients
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
2 cups self raising flour
1 rasher bacon chopped
30g butter cut into pieces
100g tasty cheese grated
1 Tbs fresh parsley chopped
2 Tbs self raising flour, extra

and Bacon Wedges Method
Preheat
oven to 220 degrees and then spray a scone tray with cooking
spray. Sift the flour into a large bowl and with your fingertips
rub in the butter. Stir in half the cheese and all the bacon
and parsley. With a flat edge knife stir in the combined milk
and water. Mix to a soft dough without over mixing. Sprinkle
the extra flour on a board and lightly knead the dough. Press
out to a round shape about 2.5 cm thickness. Cut the dough
into 10 wedges and place closely together on the prepared
tray and then sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake
in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden and hollow sounding
when tapped. Cool the Cheese and Bacon Wedges on a wire rack.
