AND WALNUT LOAF RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Cheese and Walnut Loaf. It is a
quick and easy recipe to make. The
Cheese Walnut Loaf is a great loaf for vegetarians as it has
no meat in it. I prefer my Cheese Walnut Loaf cold with salad.
But it is also good served with boiled potatoes and beans.
There are only some of my family who are vegetarians but I
find when I make the Cheese and Walnut Loaf they will all
eat it.
Cheese
and Walnut Loaf Ingredients
4 eggs beaten
1/2 cup yoghurt
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp caraway seed
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 cup cheese grated
1 clove garlic crushed
1/2 cup shallots chopped
1/2 cup walnuts chopped
1 cup mushrooms chopped

and Walnut Loaf Method
Put all ingredients for the
Cheese and Walnut Loaf into a mixing bowl and mix well. Pour
mixture into a greased loaf tin and bake 1 hour at 180 degrees.
Let the Cheese and Walnut Loaf stand for 5 minutes before
taking it out of the tin. Great served with green vegetables
or salad.

MEATLOAF RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Cheesy Meatloaf. It is a
quick and easy recipe to make.
This Cheesy Meatloaf is a great tasting meatloaf. The flavours
of the meats and cheese is absolutely sensational. I sometimes
make a loaf up instead of making a roast lunch as I believe
the loaf is very economical as you can have it with roast
potatoes and peas or you can have it the next day cold with
salad. Either way the Cheesy Meatloaf taste really sensational.
Cheesy Meatloaf Ingredients
3/4 cup water
2 eggs beaten
1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground beef
11/2 cups dry bread crumbs
ground black pepper to taste
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Meatloaf Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl combine the beef, pork, soup mix, eggs, bread
crumbs, pepper and water. Stir in 1/2 cup of the cheese then
mix well and spread half of mixture into a 9 x 5 inch loaf
pan. Spread remaining 1 1/2 cups cheese over meat loaf mixture.
Top with remaining half of meat loaf mixture. Bake in preheated
oven for 60 minutes. Let the Cheesy Meatloaf cool 10 to 15
minutes before serving.
