CHICKEN
CORN SOUP RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Chicken Corn Soup. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make. This soup recipe is a wonderful asian
style soup the flavours of the chicken stock, creamed sweet
corn, onions, chopped ham, egg whites and the mixture of milk
and cornflour mixed with water and salt gives this soup a
fantastic taste. This soup is so good you can just have it
as a main meal like we do, just have a crusty bread roll with
it.
Chicken
Corn Soup Ingredients
2 Tbs milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 egg whites
2 oz chopped ham
2 pints chicken stock
8 oz can creamed sweet corn
2 spring onions finely chopped
2 Tbs cornflour mix with 4 Tbs of cold water

Corn Soup Method
Put the stock in a pan and
bring to the boil. Add the creamed corn, salt and the cornflour
blended with the water. Stir until the Chicken Corn Soup thickens
and comes back to the boil. Sprinkle on the spring onions,
then turn off the heat. Beat egg whites and milk then pour
into the Chicken Corn Soup in a thin stream. While wisking
constantly then sprinkle chopped ham over the Chicken Corn
Soup and serve with a crusty bread roll.
