SOUP WITH TINY MEATBALLS RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Chicken Soup with Tiny Meatballs.
It is a quick and easy recipe to make. Chicken
Soup with Tiny Meatballs is quite a different soup as you
have a blend of chicken and beef. This soup recipe is good
to have when visitors arrive for dinner. This is one of my
families favourite soup as it is so tasty and nourishing.
I usually heat up some bread rolls in the oven to go with
the Chicken Soup with Tiny Meatballs.
Chicken
Soup with Tiny Meatballs Ingredients
1 bay leaf
4 cups water
1 clove garlic
2 1/2 tsp basil
5 carrots sliced
1/2 lb small onions
2 lb stewing chicken
parsley and celery leaves
MEATBALLS:
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup finely minced beef
1 slice crumbly white bread
freshly ground black pepper
Chicken
Soup with Tiny Meatballs Method
Place the chicken in a large
saucepan of water then add salt, pepper, basil, bay leaf and
garlic and bring to boil then lower heat and simmer slowly
for 1/2 hour or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken from
pan and cool then carefully skim fat from surface of soup.
Bring soup to a boil and add onions, carrots, parsley and
celery and simmer gently for 10 minutes. Next thing to do
is make the mearballs by mixing beef with egg, bread, salt
and pepper then form into small meatballs. Add the meatballs
to soup and simmer for 35 minutes. Meanwhile skim and bone
the chicken and cut the meat into small pieces. Garnish the
soup with chicken then serve the Chicken Soup with Tiny Meatballs.

TORTELLINI SOUP RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Chicken Tortellini Soup.
It is a quick and easy recipe to make. This
soup has a lot of taste and flavour to it and my family loves
the cheese tortellini in it with a mixture of carrots, onion,
garlic, chicken soup, water, chicken breasts, broccoli and
flavoured with oregano and basil. My family loves the Chicken
Tortellini Soup served with french bread.
Chicken Tortellini Soup Ingredients
1 onion
2 carrots
1 tsp basil
6 cups water
1 tsp oregano
2 garlic cloves
1 bag cheese tortellini
2 boxes frozen broccoli
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb boneless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
Chicken
Tortellini Soup Method
Cook chicken in small amount
of oil. While meat is cooking chop vegetables and open cans.
Add all of the above ingredients to large kettle except for
the tortellini and frozen broccoli. These 2 ingredients you
add the last 10 minutes before serving so that they are not
over cooked. Simmer the other ingredients for 1 hour. Chicken
Tortellini Soup tastes great with freshly grated Italian cheese
and a loaf of french bread.
