CHICKEN
WINGS IN SOY SAUCE RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Chicken Wings in Soy Sauce. It
is a quick and easy recipe to make. This is one of my favourite
ways of doing chicken wings. Some of my family do not like
chicken wings but we were raised on a lot of chicken meals
and the only part I used to eat when I was young was the chicken
wings. The flavour of the Chicken Wings in Soy Sauce is absolutely
fantastic and if you serve them on a plate with the wings
and broccoli they look terrific.
Chicken
Wings in Soy Sauce Ingredients
1/3 cup
sugar
4 tsp salad oil
1 cup soy sauce
24 chicken wings
1 clove garlic crushed
1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
3/4 cup chopped green onions with tops
Chicken
Wings in Soy Sauce Method
Halve the wings and throw away
the tips. Blend soy sauce, onions, sugar, oil, garlic and
ginger in a large bowl. Add the wings then cover and marinade
for 30 minutes. Remove the wings and reserve the marinade.
Place the chicken in a shallow pan and baste with the sauce.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes and turn over then
baste again and cook for another 15 minutes. The Chicken Wings
in Soy Sauce is great served with broccoli and rice.

CHICKEN
WITH PORT RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Chicken with Port. It is
a quick and easy recipe to make. My
brother in law loves coming over when I am cooking up the
Chicken with Port he really loves this meal, I believe its
because he likes port. But I have to say the flavour of the
chicken, onions, salt and pepper, port, cream and the rest
of the ingredients gives this recipe an exceptional taste
one I am sure anyone would like.
Chicken with Port Ingredients
1 cup
tawny port
2 Tbs vegetable oil
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 cloves garlic minced
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup thinly sliced onions
2 Tbs butter, room temperature
1/4 cup chopped parsley to garnish
6 large boneless chicken breast halves
Chicken
with Port Method
In a large skillet heat oil
and butter over medium heat then add onions and cook stirring
frequently until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Add chicken
and cook 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown on outside
and cooked through on inside. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove chicken with a slotted spatula to a platter and cover
to keep warm. Add garlic to skillet and cook over low heat
2 minutes until garlic just releases its fragrance then add
port and boil for 1 minute or until reduced to 1/2 cup. Add
chicken and boil 30 seconds or until lightly thickened. To
serve chicken, cut each breast on the diagonal into 1 inch
slices. Serve the Chicken with Port with sauce and garnish
