SPARE RIBS RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Chinese Spare Ribs. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make.
You can use the following soup mixes in the Chinese Spare
Ribs recipe, onion, beefy mushroom, beefy onion soup mixes.
For best taste use the imported soy sauce. Domestic can be
used but will not taste as good. Country style spareribs can
be used but baby back ribs are the best.

Spare Ribs Ingredients

lb spareribs
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup chilli sauce
1 envelope soup mix
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
16 oz can tomato puree
1/4 cup Imported soy sauce
1 clove garlic finely chopped

Spare Ribs Method
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In large saucepan melt margarine and cook garlic with onion
recipe soup mix over medium heat until garlic is golden. Stir
in tomato puree, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and chili sauce.
Bring to a boil then simmer stirring occasionally 15 minutes.
Meanwhile in a large aluminum foil-lined baking pan arrange
spare ribs meaty side up and bake 20 minutes. Brush spare
ribs generously with sauce, then continue baking meaty side
up, brushing occasionally with remaining sauce, until spare
ribs are done.
