FRITTERS DEEP FRIED RECIPE

This recipe
will teach you how to make Cranberry Fritters Deep Fried.
It is a quick and easy recipe to make. These are a great tasting
fritter with cranberry jelly dipped in batter and deep fried.
These are my grand daughters favourite dessert especially
when she has friends over for afternoon tea.

Fritters Deep Fried Ingredients
5 Tbs flour
5 Tbs water
1/2 tsp sugar
flour for dredging
1/2 tsp baking powder
vegetable oil for deep frying
8 oz cranberry jelly, canned

Fritters Deep Fried Method
Cut the jelly crosswise into three round
slices and 1/2 inch thick. Cut each slice into three strips
approximately 1/2 x 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches. Prepare a batter by
blending the flour, baking powder, sugar and water. Heat oil
for deep frying and after it is hot keep the heat around medium
high. Dredge the cranberry jelly strips lightly in flour making
sure all sides including the ends are dusted. Then dip them
in the batter to coat completely and immerse them in the oil
until golden brown. Fry only a few at a time. Drain on paper
toweling and eat the Cranberry Fritters Deep Fried while hot.

FRIED FROGS LEGS RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Crispy Fried Frogs Legs.
It is a quick and easy recipe to make. Do
not let the name of this recipe turn you off as the Crispy
Fried Frogs Legs are quite tasty and I am sure you would like
them.
Crispy Fried Frogs Legs Ingredients
crushed
ice
1/3 cup milk
salt and pepper
2 eggs separated
2 tsp vegetable oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
dash cayenne pepper
2 1/2 lb small frog legs
2 cups all purpose flour
vegetable oil for deep frying

Fried Frogs Legs Method
Wash frog legs thoroughly then
place in a large bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice and cover
with crushed ice. Refrigerate 1 to 3 hours. In a small bowl
whisk together milk, egg yolks and 2 teaspoons oil. Beat egg
whites until stiff and fold into milk and egg yolk mixture.
Sprinkle frog legs with salt, pepper and a little cayenne
then dip each in milk egg mixture then dredge in flour. Heat
vegetable oil in a deep fryer. Fry frog legs until golden
brown. With a slotted spoon transfer the Crispy Fried Frogs
Legs to paper towels to drain.
