BAKED PORK CHOPS RECIPE

Baked Pork Chops Ingredients
1/2 cup milk
6 pork chops
4 Tbs olive oil
2 eggs beaten
1/3 cup white wine
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp seasoning salt
1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 cups Italian style seasoned bread crumbs
10.75oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Baked Pork Chops Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Rinse pork chops and pat dry then season with garlic powder
and seasoning salt to taste. Place the beaten eggs in a small
bowl then dredge the pork chops lightly in flour then dip
in the egg and coat liberally with bread crumbs. Heat the
oil in a medium skillet over medium high heat. Fry the pork
chops 5 minutes per side or until the breading appears well
browned. Transfer the chops to a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and
cover with foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. While
baking combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk and white
wine in a medium bowl. After the pork chops have baked for
an hour cover them with the soup mixture. Replace foil and
bake the Creamy Baked Pork Chops for another 30 minutes.

HAM PIE RECIPE

quick and easy recipe to make. Easter
Ham Pie is an absolute great pie, it is so tasty with the
ham and spinach and cheeses through it. My old Aunty first
taught me how to make the Easter Ham Pie and the first time
I saw it I thought it was magnificent and when I tasted it
I thought it was excellent with the flavours of ham, spinach
and cheeses in it.
Easter Ham Pie Ingredients
3 eggs
1 Tbs olive oil
8 oz thin sliced ham
15 oz ricotta cheese
lemon pepper to taste
2 x 9 inch pastry crusts
1 Tbs chopped basil leaves
5 oz frozen spinach thawed
1 small red bell pepper thinly sliced
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Ham Pie Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
then line pie pan with 1 crust. Saute peppers and ham in olive
oil for 3 minutes and season with pepper. Whisk 2 eggs and
ricotta in large bowl spread mixture into pie crust. On paper
towels pat spinach dry then scatter on top of mixture. Sprinkle
peppers and ham over spinach and top with mozzarella then
basil leaves. Cover with second pie crust and trim edges.
Cut vents in top of crust and brush top with 1 beaten egg.
Bake the Easter Ham Pie for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
Let stand for about 15 minutes before serving.
