CROCKPOT
DRESSING RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Crockpot Dressing. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make. This is an absolutely fabulous dressing
to make. My family love the Crockpot Dressing with a big tossed
salad especially at a barbecue. I always make sure I have
some made up if we are having a barbecue.
Crockpot
Dressing Ingredients
4 eggs
1 tsp sage
2 Tbs butter
celery to taste
1 medium onion
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cups chicken broth
8 inch pan cornbread
8 slices dry white bread
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Crockpot
Dressing Method
In a large bowl mix together
eggs, sage, celery, onion, pepper, chicken broth, cornbread,
white bread and cream of chicken soup. Place all this mixture
in the crockpot and then dot the butter on top. Cook 2 hours
on high then 4 hours on low. Keep the Crockpot Dressing in
a bottle in the fridge.

MEATLOAF RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Crockpot Meatloaf. It is
a quick and easy recipe to make. Crockpot
Meatloaf is a very tasty and nourishing meal. The flavours
are sensational as cooking in the crockpot you don't lose
any of the flavour.
Crockpot Meatloaf Ingredients
3/4 tsp
salt
2 beaten eggs
dash of pepper
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 tsp dried dillweed
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 Tbs chopped pimento
2 1/4 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
8 oz container onion sour cream dip
10 3/4 oz can condensed cream mushroom soup

Meatloaf Method
In a large bowl combine the
eggs, 1/2 cup of the onion sour cream dip, bread crumbs, celery,
onion, pimento, dillweed, salt and pepper then mix well and
then blend in the ground beef and pork. In the crockpot crisscross
two 15 x 2 inch strips of foil. Use heavy duty or double thickness
of regular foil across the bottom and up the sides. Place
the meat mixture on top of the foil strips pressing lightly
to form a round loaf that doesn't touch the sides of the crockpot.
Cover and cook on low heat 8 to 9 hours. Lift out the meatloaf
using the foil handles and drain off excess fat. Serve the
Crockpot Meatloaf with Sour Cream Mushroom Sauce.
Sour Cream Mushroom Sauce:
In a saucepan combine remaining 1/2 cup of onion sour cream
dip and one 10 3/4 oz can of condensed cream of mushroom soup.
Heat through stirring occasionally.
