WITH CUCUMBER SALSA RECIPE
This recipe

Cutlets
with Cucumber Salsa Ingredients
2 Tbs olive oil
12 lamb cutlets
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp ground clove
1 tsp ground oregano
1 tsp ground turmeric
2 tsp ground coriander
Cucumber Salsa:
1 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs balsamic vinegar
1 yellow capsicum chopped
2 tomatoes seeded, chopped
2 green onions chopped finely
2 lebanese cucumbers seeded, chopped
Cutlets
with Cucumber Salsa Method
Coat the lamb cutlets with the
combined spices and oil in a large bowl then cover and refrigerate
for 3 hours. Put all the ingredients for the cucumber salsa
in a small bowl then mix and cover and refrigerate while you
are cooking the cutlets. Cook the lamb cutlets in batches
on a heated oiled barbecue until browned and cooked as desired.
Serve the Cutlets with Cucumber Salsa.
