STRAWBERRY CAKE RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Easy Strawberry Cake. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make. Easy Strawberry Cake is an absolutely
great cake to teach your young children to cook as it looks
so good that they will be so proud to show it off to their
father when he comes in for afternoon tea.
Easy Strawberry
Cake Ingredients
4 eggs
2 Tbs flour
1/3 cup water
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 box white cake mix
3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter softened
1 1/3 cups frozen strawberries
1 small package strawberry Jell O
Easy Strawberry
Cake Method
Thaw strawberries at room temperature
then drain and reserve juice for frosting. Mix cake mix, flour,
Jell-O, cooking oil, water and eggs until well mixed and pour
into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake the Easy Strawberry Cake at 350
degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Set pan on wire rack to cool.
For The Frosting:
In mixing bowl cream softened butter and powdered sugar while
adding enough strawberry juice to make creamy and of spreading
consistency. Frost cooled cake as desired.
