FETA
AND SALAMI CRUNCHIES RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Feta and Salami Crunchies. It is
a quick and easy recipe to make. Feta
and Salami Crunchies are a great way of having bread on a
barbecue plate. They are the best tasting barbecue recipe
for bread I have ever tasted.
Feta and
Salami Crunchies Ingredients
oil
1 Tbs sultanas
1 large french stick
1 egg beaten lightly
250g csabai sausage
200g mashed feta cheese
1 Tbs fresh basil chopped
Feta and
Salami Crunchies Method
Cut ends off bread and discard
and then cut bread into 40 slices. Combine cheese, egg, basil
and sultanas in a bowl and mix well. Cut sausage into 20 slices.
Spread each slice of bread with the cheese mixture. Put a
sausage slice between two slices of the bread until all sandwiches
are done. Brush both sides of the Feta and Salami Crunchies
with oil and barbecue until heated through and lightly browned
on both sides.
