WITH CURRY SAUCE RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Fish with Curry Sauce. It is a

is a fantastic curry to make I am not sure how many people
realise just how good fish tastes in curry so if you are one
of those people next time you make a curry make the Fish with
Curry Sauce I am sure you and your family will enjoy it. You
can use any white fish in this recipe but the skinless gemfish
fillets is extremely good. This recipe has a wonderful combination
of fish, onion, garlic, mushrooms, tomatoes, soya sauce, curry
powder, coriander and fresh parsley which all go into making
the Fish with Curry Sauce absolutely magnificent.
Fish with
Curry Sauce Ingredients
30g butter
2 tsp curry powder
425g can tomatoes
750g white fish fillets
1 medium onion sliced
1 clove garlic crushed
1 tsp light soya sauce
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 Tbs chopped fresh parsley
125g baby mushrooms sliced

Curry Sauce Method
First thing to do is to prepare
the fish by cutting it into bite sized pieces. In a large
shallow microwave dish combine butter, onion and garlic then
cover and cook on high for 3 minutes then stir in the fish,
mushrooms, undrained crushed tomatoes, soya sauce, curry powder
and coriander then cover and cook on high for about 8 minutes
or until fish is just tender making sure you stir it occasionally.
Sprinkle the Fish with Curry Sauce with parsley and serve
it with boiled rice.

AND BLACK BEAN SAUCE RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Crab and Black Bean Sauce.
It is a quick and easy recipe to make.
What a wonderful delicious recipe this is and believe me if
your a lover of seafood you will really enjoy cooking this
recipe for your family and yourself. My daughter asked me
for this recipe as she likes making a special meal up for
their wedding anniversary each year and what a great special
meal this Crab and Black Bean Sauce makes. My mother was the
first I saw make this recipe as she used to work in a seafood
shop so she use to bring crabs home all the time and what
a feast she cooked up for us but my favourite was and always
will be the Crab and Black Bean Sauce.
Crab and Black Bean Sauce
Ingredients
2 Tbs oil
1 Tbs water
2 tsp cornflour
1 Tbs dry sherry
1 Tbs water extra
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic crushed
1 medium onion sliced
2 Tbs black bean sauce
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 small fresh red chili chopped
4 uncooked blue swimmer crabs
Crab
and Black Bean Sauce Method
Firstly remove the large claws
from crabs and cut bodies in half. In a large shallow microwave
dish place the oils, onion, ginger, garlic and chili then
cover and cook on high for 2 minutes then add the crab pieces,
black bean sauce, water and sherry then cover and cook again
on high for about 8 minutes or until crab shells turn red
in colour stirring occasionally. Place the crab onto a serving
plate. Blend the cornflour with extra water and add to the
dish then cook on high for about 2 minutes or until sauce
boils and thickens. Serve the sauce over the crabs and have
fried rice with your Crab and Black Bean Sauce.
