CUTLET CRUMBLE RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Fish Cutlet Crumble. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make. My husband and I like catching our
own fish and cooking and this recipe for Fish Cutlet Crumble
is one of our favourites. The tantalising taste of a fish
cutlet brushed with lime juice and then grilled for 5 minutes
and then topped with a sensational herb topping of breadcrumbs,
oats, coriander, chives, oil, vinegar and black pepper and
grilled till the herb topping has gone golden is just so magnificent.
Fish Cutlet
Crumble Ingredients
2 Tbs lime
juice
4 x 200g white fish cutlets
Herb Topping:
2 tsp olive oil
1 Tbs vinegar
45g instant rolled oats
freshly ground black pepper
2 Tbs finely snipped fresh chives
2 Tbs finely chopped fresh coriander
125g wholemeal breadcrumbs made from stale bread

Crumble Method
Clean the fish cutlets good
then brush them with lime juice and grill for 5 minutes on
one side. Make the topping by placing the breadcrumbs, oats,
coriander, chives, oil, vinegar and black pepper to taste
in a bowl and mix well to combine. Turn the fish over and
add the topping to the top of each cutlet and grill for 5
minutes or until cooked through and topping is golden. Serve
the Fish Cutlet Crumble with baby new potatoes and green salad
or with potato wedges and salad.

SPAGHETTI
WITH TUNA RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Spaghetti with Tuna. It
is a quick and easy recipe to make.
There are so many recipes you can do with spaghetti and this
one is one of those. The flavours of onion, garlic, canned
tomatoes, tomato puree, dry red wine, zucchini, canned tuna
and basil gives the sauce for the spaghetti a magnificent
taste. Just serve the tuna sauce over the spaghetti and I
usually heat some garlic bread to go with the Spaghetti with
Tuna.
Spaghetti with Tuna Ingredients
375g spaghetti
Tuna Sauce:
2 zucchini sliced
1 Tbs dry red wine
1 Tbs tomato puree
1 clove garlic crushed
1 onion finely chopped
1 Tbs finely shredded fresh basil
440g canned tomatoes undrained and mashed
440g canned tuna in water drained and flaked
Spaghetti
with Tuna Method
In a large saucepan of boiling
water cook the spaghetti then drain and set aside and keep
warm. Make the sauce by heating a non stick frying pan and
cook the onion, garlic and 1 tablespoon of juice from tomatoes
for 4 minutes or until onion is soft. Stir in the tomatoes,
tomato puree, wine and zucchini and cook on low heat for 5
minutes. Add the tuna and basil to the mixture and cook gently
until heated through. Place the spaghetti onto serving plates
and spoon the sauce over it and garnish the Spaghetti with
Tuna with basil. Serve the Spaghetti with Tuna with some crunchy
garlic bread.
