BISCUITS RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Florentine Biscuits. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make. Florentine
Biscuits have a lovely rich flavour and the taste of almonds
is so good. You can also freeze these biscuits, so if you
want to make a double batch you will always have some in.

Biscuits Ingredients
3 oz peel
3 oz sugar
4 oz almonds
1/4 pint cream
1 oz plain flour
4 oz dark chocolate for coating if desired

Biscuits Method
Chop the peel and the almonds
and combine with the sugar then stir in the plain flour and
cream. Place in teaspoonfuls on greased tray leaving room
for spreading. Bake the Florentine Biscuits in a slow oven
300 degrees for 25 minutes then remove from tray and let cool.
Break up chocolate and melt over hot not boiling water. Spoon
a little onto each biscuit then spread roughly over the surface.
Leave until chocolate has set.
