CRANBERRY SALAD RECIPE

Cranberry Salad Ingredients
2 Tbs sugar
lettuce leaves
2 Tbs mayonnaise
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
8 oz can crushed pineapple drained
16 oz can jellied whole cranberry sauce
2 x 3 oz packets cream cheese, softened
fresh mint leaves and fresh cranberries to garnish

Cranberry Salad Method
Combine cream cheese, sugar
and mayonnaise then stir until smooth. Stir in cranberry sauce,
pineapple and pecans. Beat whipping cream until foamy and
gradually add powdered sugar beating until soft peaks form
then stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla. Fold whipped cream mixture
into cranberry mixture and spoon into 8 inch square dish then
cover and freeze until firm. Cut into squares and serve the
Frozen Cranberry Salad on lettuce leaves. Garnish with mint
and cranberries.

PINEAPPLE ALMOND SALAD RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Frozen Pineapple Almond
Salad. It is a quick and easy recipe to make. What
a wonderful blend of almonds, pineapple, cherries, dates,
marshmallows, cream cheese, mayonnaise and whipping cream
mix it all together and you have a sensational tasting frozen
salad.
Frozen Pineapple Almond Salad Ingredients
24 marshmallows
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup blanched almonds
8 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 cup maraschino cherries drained
1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple drained

Pineapple Almond Salad Method
Coarsely chop almonds and set
aside then drain pineapple and reserve syrup. Cut drained
cherries into quarters and set aside then cut dates into slivers
and set aside. Cut marshmallows into eighths and set aside.
Combine in bowl 3 tablespoons of pineapple syrup and the softened
cream cheese. Beat until fluffy then blend in 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
Gently fold in pineapple, cherries, dates, almonds and marshmallows.
Chill bowl and beaters then whip the cream until it piles
softly then gently fold the cream into the fruit mixture.
Turn the Frozen Pineapple Almond Salad into a mold and freeze
until firm about 4 hours.
