HADDOCK
AND PRAWN CASSEROLE RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Haddock and Prawn Casserole. It
is a quick and easy recipe to make. Who
would think that haddock and prawns would go together in a
casserole. Well this Haddock and Prawn Casserole is great
and the flavours that go through it is just so good. I'm sure
anyone who likes seafood would really love this casserole.
Haddock
and Prawn Casserole Ingredients

oz butter
salt and pepper
2 Tbs white wine
1/2 pint fish stock
8 oz peeled prawns
1 medium onion sliced
8 oz mushrooms sliced
chopped parsley to garnish
7 oz can sweetcorn kernels drained
1 small red pepper cored, seeded and sliced
1 1/2 lb haddock fillets skinned and cut into medium chunks

and Prawn Casserole Method
Place the fish in a casserole
dish then add prawns and sweetcorn. Melt the butter in a pan
and gently fry the remaining vegetables until tender then
add them to the casserole. Pour over the stock and wine and
add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook in a pre heated
moderately hot oven for 25-30 minutes. Garnish the Haddock
and Prawn Casserole with freshly chopped parsley and serve
with saute potatoes.
