HAMBURGER LOAF RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Hamburger Loaf. It is a quick and
easy recipe to make. This is a very simple and easy recipe
to make and to be honest I love it on a breadroll with salad
as it does taste just like a hamburger. My husband really
enjoys it with his vegetables as he is a real vegie man but
I can assure you it is really good however you have it.
Hamburger
Loaf Ingredients
1 tsp salt
1 lb minced steak
1 dsp dry mustard
3/4 cup onion minced
1/2 cup celery minced
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
1/2 cup green pepper minced
1 egg beaten with 1/3 cup milk

Loaf Method
Combine the onion, green pepper,
celery, steak and breadcrumbs in a large bowl and season with
mustard and salt. Bind with the egg and milk mixing lightly
but thoroughly. Turn into a well greased loaf tin and bake
350 degrees for about 1 hour. Serve the Hamburger Loaf hot
with boiled potatoes and a brown gravy or cold with salad.

MEATLOAF RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Homestyle Meatloaf. It is
a quick and easy recipe to make.
Homestyle Meatloaf is a great savoury loaves recipe to make,
it taste great and the whole family will love it served with
vegetables.
Homestyle Meatloaf Ingredients
2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs beaten
1/4 cup ketchup
3/4 lb ground pork
2 tsp vegetable oil
2 Tbs grated carrot
1 cup bread crumbs
11/2 lb ground chuck
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 green onion minced
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 cup ketchup for top
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 Tbs minced green bell pepper

Meatloaf Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Saute green onion, garlic, green pepper and carrot in vegetable
oil over medium heat for 2 minutes. Combine beaten eggs with
milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder in
a medium bowl. Mix breadcrumbs and flour into ground chuck
and ground pork with your hands then add egg and milk mixture
and sauteed veggies, 1/4 cup ketchup and mix it up using your
hands. Press the mixture into a large loaf pan. Bake for 30
minutes then spread 1/4 cup of ketchup over the top of the
meatloaf and bake for another hour. Remove the Homestyle Meatloaf
from the oven and allow it to sit for awhile before slicing
and serving.
