HAM
AND EGG CASSEROLE RECIPE

My mother use to make the Ham and Egg Casserole sometimes
for a Sunday breakfast and the family use to come over and
have a great breakfast with the casserole and hot buttered
toast. The aroma of the Ham and Egg Casserole and the toast
cooking and a pot of coffee brewing was really sensational.
Ham and
Egg Casserole Ingredients
1/4 tsp salt
5 eggs beaten
1/4 tsp pepper
sourdough bread
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/3 cup diced cooked ham smoked
1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
Ham and
Egg Casserole Method
Spray casserole dish with a
non stick cooking spray. Trim crusts from bread and cut slices
and place bread on the bottom of casserole dish. Beat eggs
then add salt, pepper, evaporated milk and mix well. Pour
egg mixture over bread. Sprinkle diced ham over egg mixture
and cover. Place casserole in refrigerator overnight or for
at least five hours. Remove casserole from the refrigerator
and sprinkle cheese on top of eggs. Place Ham and Egg Casserole
in a preheated 375 degree oven for 22 minutes depending on
the depth of the casserole dish.

This

and easy recipe to make. Ham
Wraps are a great pork recipe to have on hand when you want
a quick and easy lunch or dinner in front of the television.
Sunday we usually have a big roast lunch with the family so
Sunday night for dinner we make the Ham Wraps as they are
easy and its a light dinner after a big lunch.
Ham Wraps Ingredients
1/3 cup
mayonnaise
2 Tbs chopped green onions
1 package large flour tortillas
1/4 cup chopped black olives
16 oz cream cheese softened
2 packages sliced cooked ham
Ham Wraps
Method
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise,
green onions and olives. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese
mixture on top side of each tortilla. Arrange ham slices over
cheese. Tightly roll up each toritlla and wrap individually
in plastic wrap. Refrigerate the Ham Wraps for 3 hours before
serving.
