HAM
DIP RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Ham Dip. It is a quick and easy
recipe to make. I really love making up dips when we are having
a party or just a good old fashion barbecue. There are so
many dips you can make and there is so much that you can put
with them. The ham Dip is one of my favourites and I like
to put cracker biscuits and pretzels with it. Dips are the
quickest appetizer you can make to have with a drink before
you have your dinner.
Ham Dip
Ingredients
1 cup fresh cream
pinch cayenne pepper
1 dsp prepared mustard
1 dsp worcestershire sauce
1 cup chopped cooked ham
1/2 cup chopped blanched almonds
Ham Dip
Method
In a large bowl whip the cream
until it thickens then combine the ham, almonds, sauce, mustard
and pepper and beat until well mixed then chill for 2 to 3
hours in the refrigerator until you want to use it. Serve
the Ham Dip with crackers and pretzels.

TUNA
AND EGG DIP RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Tuna and Egg Dip. It is
a quick and easy recipe to make. This
is one of my old favourites I can remember my dear old mother
making this dip when we were having friends over for a party.
We use to have chopped up cabana and crackers, cheese, olives
and whatever mum had to go with it. And now I make the Tuna
and Egg Dip with the same things my mother had with it.
Tuna and Egg Dip Ingredients
dash
tabasco
garlic salt to
taste
a little mayonnaise
1 tsp
anchovy paste
dash cayenne
pepper
1 tsp
finely minced onion
3 hard
boiled eggs mashed
1/2 small
can tuna drained and flaked
Tuna and
Egg Dip Method
In a large bowl combine the
eggs, anchovy paste, tuna, onion, garlic salt, cayene pepper,
tabasco and enough mayonnaise to make a dip consistency. The
Tuna and Egg Dip is really great served with crackers, cabana
and cheese.
