PIZZA DOUGH RECIPE

This recipe
will teach you how to make Herb Pizza Dough. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make. This
Herb Pizza Dough recipe is one of my favourites. The Italian
herbs and the garlic oil adds a great flavour to this dough.
If you want to make your own pizza dough instead of buying
one well I suggest you try the Herb Pizza Dough as it is a
great base full of herb flavour.
Herb Pizza
Dough Ingredients
1 Tbs flour
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/4 cups flour
oil and cornmeal for pan
1/4 cup Italian seasoning
1 package active dry yeast
1 Tbs garlic olive oil as needed
7/8 cup warm water 110 degrees
Herb Pizza
Dough Method
Stir together the yeast, sugar
and warm water. Let stand until foamy about 10 minutes. In
the work bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade
chop the herbs then turn off machine. Add flour and salt and
turn the machine on and off a couple of times. While the machine
is running add yeast. Process until the dough forms a ball
at the side of the bowl. Add garlic olive oil and process
for 30 to 40 seconds more. Transfer dough to a bowl that has
been oiled with olive oil.
Turn the dough until the entire surface has been coated with
the oil. Cover bowl with a damp towel and allow to rise in
a warm draft free place for 1 hour or until doubled. Roll
out on a lightly floured surface and if dough is too elastic
try tossing it from hand to hand to flatten it out. Lightly
grease the pizza pan with a little oil and sprinkle with cornmeal.
Place the dough on the pizza pan and trim the edges. Bake
the Herb Pizza Dough for 10 minutes at 425 degrees. Remove
from oven and lightly brush the crust with a little more oil.
Top as desired. Makes enough dough for one 12 inch crust.

HOMEMADE
PIZZA RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Homemade Pizza. It is a
quick and easy recipe to make.
Homemade Pizza is a wonderful tasty pizza recipe. The flavour
of beef, cheese, herbs and onion makes this pizza a taste
sensation. Everyone really enjoys a Homemade Pizza better
than one bought from the shop and they always taste better
than a frozen pizza.
Homemade Pizza Ingredients
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 lb ground beef
1 Tbs dried oregano
15 oz tomato sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/4 cup warm water
1 small onion chopped
3 1/2 cups all
purpose flour
1 1/4 oz active baker's yeast
1 medium green pepper diced
2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
Homemade
Pizza Method
In a large bowl dissolve yeast
and sugar in water and let stand for 5 minutes then add oil
and salt. Stir in flour cup at a time to form soft dough.
Turn onto floured board and knead until smooth and elastic
about 2 to 3 minutes. Place in greased bowl turning once to
grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled
about 45 minutes. Meanwhile brown beef and onion then drain.
Punch dough down and divide in half. Press each into a greased
12 inch pizza pan. Combine the tomato sauce, oregano and basil
and spread over each crust. Top with beef mixture, green pepper
and cheese. Bake the Homemade Pizza at 400 degrees for 25
minutes or until crust is lightly browned.
