HONEY
OAT BISCUITS RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Honey Oat Biscuits.
It is
a quick and easy recipe to make. Honey
Oat Biscuits are a great biscuit recipe full of the flavours
of honey, oats and coconut which gives these biscuits a wonderful
tantalising taste

Oat Biscuits Ingredients
pinch salt
155g butter
1 Tbs honey
3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup coconut
3/4 cup plain flour
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/4 tsp baking powder
Honey Oat
Biscuits Method
Sift together in a large bowl
dry ingredients and the rolled oats and coconut. Melt the
butter and stir in the honey then add to the dry ingredients
and mix well. Press firmly into well greased swiss roll tin
approximately 30cm x 25cm. Bake the Honey Oat Biscuits in
a moderate oven for 15 minutes. Cut into fingers while hot.
Cool on tray.
