LAMB
CHOP BAKE RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Lamb Chop Bake. It is a quick and
easy recipe to make. What a wonderful combination of lamb
chops, seasoned flour, green pepper rings, thin slices onion,
slices of lemon and tomato soup and this combination is what
makes the Lamb Chop Bake taste exceptionally good. This is
a meal that is good to make if you have a big family like
mine as you have it with rice and it makes a good lot to go
around everyone.
Lamb Chop
Bake Ingredients
1 Tbs oil
1/2 cup water
6 lamb leg chops
6 thin slices onion
1 cup tomato soup
6 green pepper rings
6 thin slices of lemon
2 dsp well seasoned flour

Bake Method
Coat the chops lightly with
the seasoned flour. Melt the oil in a pan and brown the chops
on both sides then pour away the excess oil. Place the chops
in a single layer in a casserole. Cover each one with a green
pepper ring, slice of onion and a slice of lemon. Blend the
tomato soup with the water and pour over the Lamb Chop Bake.
Cover the Lamb Chop Bake and bake it in a moderate oven 350
degrees for about 1 1/2 hours or until the chops are tender.
Serve the Lamb Chop Bake with fluffy white rice.

CHOPS CREOLE RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Lamb Chops Croele. It is
a quick and easy recipe to make. This
is one of my favourite meals. I love making this meal for
my husband and I on a friday night after having a long week
at work it is good just to sit down and enjoy an easy but
nourishing meal like the Lamb Chops Creole. I usually cook
a big pot of potatoes and mash them and then put the Lamb
Chops Creole on top of the potato on a serving plate.
Lamb Chops Creole Ingredients
2
Tbs fat
2 onions
1 green pepper
2 Tbs seasoned flour
1/2 soup can of water
10 oz can tomato rice soup
a good pinch of dried thyme
6 shoulder or barbeque chops

Chops Creole Method
Rub the chops well with the
seasoned flour. Melt the fat in a pan and brown the chops
on both sides then lift out and place in a casserole. Place
sliced onion and green pepper rings on top of the chops. Mix
the soup, water and thyme together and pour over the chops.
Cover the Lamb Chops Creole and bake in a moderate oven for
about 1 hour or until tender. Serve the Lamb Chops Creole
with mashed potato and peas.
