LAMB STIR FRY RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Mediterranean Lamb Stir Fry. It

really enjoy a good stir fry and this Mediterranean Lamb Stir
Fry is an absolutely magnificent tasting stir fry to make.
I like making a double quantity when my children are coming
home for a meal and I always boil some great jasmin rice up
with it as that makes the whole meal really fantastic.

Lamb Stir Fry Ingredients
dash tabasco
2 Tbs olive oil
1 fennel bulb sliced
1
Tbs white vinegar
1 carrot thinly sliced
410g lamb thinly sliced
2
cloves garlic crushed
1 bunch broccoli divided
salt
and pepper to taste
1 Tbs fresh oregano chopped
6 slices of prosciutto chopped
1/2 cup fresh leaf parsley chopped
3 baby eggplants peeled and sliced
3 red capsicum seeded and quartered

Lamb Stir Fry Method
Place capsicum under a grill
skin side up. Grill until skin blackens and blisters. Remove
from grill and allow to cool before peeling. Heat oil in a
large wok then add eggplants and fennel and stir fry 5 minutes
or until browned and cooked through then remove from wok and
set aside. Add lamb in batches to the wok with garlic, oregano,
tabasco sauce and seasoning. Stir fry lamb until browned and
cooked through. Add capsicum, fennel, eggplant, carrot, broccoli,
vinegar, prosciutto and parsley to the wok and stir fry a
further 2 to 3 minutes. Serve the Mediterranean Lamb Stir
Fry with a big bowl jasmin rice.

ORANGE
LAMB CHOPS RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Orange Lamb Chops. It is
a quick and easy recipe to make.
This might sound unusual to have orange juice and rind in
a meat dish but believe me it makes the Orange Lamb Chops
taste exquisit. All my family really enjoy this meal and we
have our own oranges growing so we only have to pick an orange
from our own tree to use in the Orange Lamb Chops recipe.
Orange Lamb Chops Ingredients
1
onion
1 tsp mustard
salt and pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
6 loin lamb chops
a little oil or butter
1 dsp brown sugar
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup orange juice
1 Tbs grated orange rind
1 tsp flour blended with a little water

Lamb Chops Method
Brown the chops on both sides
in the heated oil. Push them to one side of the pan and add
finely chopped onion and cook until it is lightly browned.
Combine the sugar, fruit juices and orange rind with the mustard,
celery, salt and pepper. Place the browned chops in a baking
dish and pour over the orange and celery mixture. Cover the
Orange Lamb Chops and bake in a moderate oven 350 degrees
for about 35 minutes or until the chops are tender. Remove
the Orange Lamb Chops to a heated platter. Thicken the gravy
with about a teaspoon of blended flour. Cook for 1 or 2 minutes
then pour over the Orange Lamb Chops and send to the table
accompanied by mashed potatoes and broccoli.
