LAMB
WITH SPICES RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Lamb with Spices. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make. This is a wonderful way of doing
lamb chops they are so tasty with the added spices of garlic,
chilies, ginger, coriander, paprika, lemon rind and the olive
oil this is what makes the flavour absolutely exceptional.

Spices Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tbs grated ginger
1 tsp sweet paprika
2 Tbs grated lemon rind
8 lamb forequarter chops
1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
2 cloves garlic chopped coarsely
1/4 cup chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
2 small fresh red chilies seeded, chopped coarsely
Lamb with
Spices Method
Blend together the rind, garlic,
chili, ginger, herbs, paprika and oil until well combined.
Place lamb chops in a single layer in a shallow dish and coat
with the spice mixture then cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Cook lamb in batches on a heated oiled barbecue until browned
and cooked as desired. Serve the Lamb with Spices with a mixed
salad and lemon wedges.
