LEMON
SHORTBREAD BISCUITS RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Lemon Shortbread Biscuits.
It is
a quick and easy recipe to make. This
biscuit recipe is one of my favourites as I like shortbread,
but this Lemon Shortbread Biscuits has a great lemon flavour
which adds that different taste to it.
Lemon
Shortbread Biscuits Ingredients
185g butter
1/3 cup icing sugar
1 1/2 cups plain flour
1/2 cup custard powder
1 Tbs lemon rind grated

Biscuits Method
In
a large bowl cream together the butter and sifted icing sugar
until light and fluffy then add lemon rind and then add sifted
dry ingredients and mix to a stiff dough. Roll into small
balls with the palms of your hands. Place
on ungreased oven trays and flatten with a fork, dip fork
into flour occasionally to prevent it sticking to dough.
Bake the Lemon Shortbread
Biscuits in moderate oven over 15 minutes.
