MALT LOAF RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Light Malt Loaf. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make. Light
Malt Loaf is a really tasty bread recipe. The flavours of
malt, fruit and golden syrup makes this bread recipe really
exceptional.

Malt Loaf Ingredients
1 egg
3 oz sultanas
1/2 level tsp salt
3 oz golden syrup
2 Tbs malt extract
8 oz self raising flour
1/2 level tsp bicarbonate of soda
Light Malt
Loaf Method
In
a large bowl sieve all the dry ingredients together. Over
a low heat melt the syrup and malt together. Beat the egg
and mix all the ingredience together. Put in greased loaf
tin and bake the Light Malt Loaf about 40 minutes on 180 degrees.
