LIME
AND MANGO LASSI RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Lime and Mango Lassi. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make. If you are like me some mornings
I just do not want a big breakfast so I make myself a liquid
breakfast and this Lime and Mango Lassi is my favourite as
I really love the flavour of mango. This is also a nourishing
breakfast if you are running late as it is easy and quick
to make.
Lime and
Mango Lassi Ingredients
2 tsp honey
1 Tbs lime juice
ice cubes to serve
200ml chilled water
200g natural yoghurt
1 large ripe mango peeled and roughly chopped
Lime and
Mango Lassi Method
In a blender place the mango,
lime juice and honey and process until smooth. Add the yoghurt
and blend until just combined then reduce the blender speed
to low and gradually add the water while the blender is going.
Serve the Lime and Mango Lassi in a tall glass with ice cubes.

EGGS
FLORENTINE RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Eggs Florentine. It is a
quick and easy recipe to make. I
really like making the Eggs Florentine for my husband and
I for a special morning on Sundays as we usually get to sleep
in a bit longer and this meal is so nourishing we have it
as a brunch. Really great served with hot buttered toast.
Eggs Florentine Ingredients
2
eggs
2 slices multigrain bread
salt and
pepper to taste
30g baby
spinach leaves
10g parmesan cheese freshly grated
Eggs
Florentine Method
Lightly
coat small ovenproof ramekins with cooking spray. Layer
the spinach leaves in the bottom of each ramekin then break
an egg into each and season with salt and pepper and top with
the rest of the spinach leaves. Put the ramekins in a microwave
oven and cook on high for 40 seconds or until eggs are how
you like them cooked. Toast the bread then gently lift the
eggs onto the toast slices and season with pepper then sprinkle
with grated parmesan cheese and serve the Eggs Florentine
immediately.
