LIVER
AND MUSHROOM DIP RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Liver and Mushroom Dip. It is a
quick and easy recipe to make. A lot of people think liver
is terrible but believe me this dip is really great. The flavours
of chicken livers, butter, mushrooms, onion, parsley, salt
and pepper plus mayonnaise makes this Liver and Mushroom Dip
taste really exceptional. My family did not even ask me what
was in the dip when we had it with crackers before dinner
one night and I have to admit they all ate plenty of crackers
with the dip.
Liver
and Mushroom Dip Ingredients
4 Tbs butter
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 lb chicken livers
1 small can mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbs finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
Liver
and Mushroom Dip Method
Add the butter to a frying pan
and saute the chicken livers until brown then place them on
a chopping board and chop them up finely. Place the livers
in a bowl and add all the remaining ingredients adding just
enough mayonnaise to make a dip consistency. Serve the Liver
and Mushroom Dip with cracker biscuits.

ALMOND
SPREAD RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Almond Spread. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make. This
is one of my favourite spreads as I really like almonds.
My family really like
this served with almond bread or melba toast. I like making
this spread when we are having visitors over as you usually
always get compliments after serving the Almond Spread as
the flavour is really sensational.
Almond Spread Ingredients
cream
pinch salt
4 oz cream
cheese
1 dsp
chopped chutney
3 dsp
finely chopped toasted almonds
Almond
Spread Method
Take the almonds and blend
with the cream cheese, chutney, salt and enough cream to make
mixture spread easily. Spread the Almond Spread on almond
bread or melba toast.
