LIVER LOAF RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Liver Loaf. It is a quick and easy
recipe to make. If you do not like liver do not get turned
off by this Liver Loaf as it is one of the best tasting loaves
you can make. the flavours of liver and sausage meat with
the rest of the ingredients makes this loaf taste really good
but then you add bacon to the top of it and you have a sensational
tasting Liver Loaf and served with vegetables and gravy is
just so incredible.
Liver
Loaf Ingredients
1 lb liver
1 tsp salt
dash pepper
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup stock
4 slices bacon
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 lb pork sausage meat
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 onion peeled and chopped
Liver
Loaf Method
Cover the liver with hot water
and simmer for 5 minutes then drain reserving some of the
liquid to use as stock. Put the liver through a mincer and
add remaining ingredients except for the bacon. Form into
a loaf and pack into a greased 9 x 5 inch loaf tin. Remove
the bacon rinds and place the bacon on top of the loaf. Bake
uncovered in a moderate oven 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Serve the Liver Loaf with mashed potatoes, peas and hot gravy.

MACARONI
MOULD LOAF RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Macaroni Mould Loaf. It
is a quick and easy recipe to make.
If you have macaroni in the house and your food is running
low like mine is before shopping day you can always make a
Macaroni Mould Loaf. It is so simple to make and there are
only a few ingredients you need to make the Macaroni Mould
Loaf such as macaroni, breadcrumbs, tomato juice or milk,
eggs, peanut butter, parsley, thyme, onion, salt and pepper.
Serve the Macaroni Mould Loaf with salad and chips and you
have a fantastic dinner.
Macaroni Mould Loaf Ingredients
2 eggs beaten
1 pinch thyme
1 onion grated
500g macaroni
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 Tbs peanut butter
1 Tbs parsley chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup boiling milk or tomato juice

Mould Loaf Method
Cook macaroni till tender in
boiling water and drain. Put crumbs in basin with boiling
milk for 5 minutes then add macaroni and peanut butter and
mix well and then add the rest of the ingredients. Put the
mixture into a bowl to steam the Macaroni Mould Loaf for 1
1/2 hours. Do not turn out of basin until cold or it will
fall into pieces. Serve cold with salad and hot chips.
