MACARONI
CRAB CASSEROLE RECIPE

this recipe for my husband and mines aniversary as it is one
of his favourites.

Crab Casserole Ingredients
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 tsp onion salt
1 cup cooked peas
dash of black pepper
2 cups shell macaroni
1 lb backfin crab meat
1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Crab Casserole Method
Cook the macaroni in a pot of
boiling salted water then drain and rinse with hot water.
Add milk to mushroom soup and heat until hot and add peas,
all seasonings and crab meat mixing lightly with fork. Put
into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and cover with bread
crumbs. Bake the Macaroni Crab Casserole at 350 degrees for
about 20 minutes.
