FRIED MARS BARS RECIPE

This recipe
will teach you how to make Deep Fried Mars Bars. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make. My family love it when I make Deep
Fried Mars Bars for dessert as they all like mars bars and
doing them deep fried makes them taste really exceptional.

fried icecream well these Deep Fried Mars Bars are absolutely
superb. They are even better than the icecream.
Deep
Fried Mars Bars Ingredients
milk
1 mars bar
1 cup plain flour
oil for deep frying
1/2 cup corn flour
pinch of bicarbonate of soda
Deep Fried
Mars Bars Method
Chill the chocolate bar by keeping it
in the fridge, but don't freeze it. Mix the flours and bicarbonate
of soda together then add milk until you get a batter with
the consistency of thin cream. Heat the oil until a small
piece of bread will brown in a few seconds, but don't allow
to smoke. Remove wrapper from chilled chocolate bar and coat
completely in batter. Carefully lower into hot oil and fry
until golden brown. Serve with ice cream. Of course if you
want to be sophisticated you can cut the bar into bite sized
pieces before coating in batter.

FRIED SQUID RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Deep Fried Squid. It is
a quick and easy recipe to make. I
had never tried Deep Fried Squid till my daughter started
working at a place called Toucans and each night when I picked
her up she was eating something and I used to eat them to
and I thought they were great till one night I asked her what
they were and she said Deep Fried Squid what a shock I got
but I had already come to like the Deep Fried Squid and now
I make my own for the family.
Deep Fried Squid Ingredients
oil
for deep frying
salt and pepper to taste
flour for coating, at least 3 cups
3 lb Squid, cleaned and cut into rings
Deep Fried
Squid Method
Dry the squid rings thoroughly
with paper towels then coat with flour to which salt and pepper
have been added. Heat oil to 350 degrees in a deep fryer.
Plunge basket laden with one layer of squid into oil which
should bubble vigorously on contact. Fry until coating turns
golden brown about 3 or 4 minutes. Remove squid and drain
then add more squid to the fryer. Remove excess oil from Deep
Fried Squid with paper towels.
