MELTING
MOMENTS RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Melting Moments.
It is
a quick and easy recipe to make. This
biscuit recipe is one my grandmother and mother use to make.
Melting Moments have been passed down from one generation
to the next. Absolutely delicious.
Melting
Moments Ingredients
125g butter
1/2 cup cornflour
2 Tbs icing sugar
1/2 cup plain flour
Orange Cream:
30g butter
3 Tbs icing sugar
1 tsp orange juice
1 tsp grated orange rind
Melting
Moments Method
Cream butter and the sifted
icing sugar until light and fluffy then add sifted flours
and mix well. Put the mixture into a piping bag with fluted
tube. Pipe small stars onto lightly greased trays. Bake the
Melting Moments in a moderate oven for 12 minutes or until
pale golden brown. Cool on the trays then join with orange
cream.
Orange Cream: Beat butter until smooth then gradually
add sifted icing sugar and beat until mixture is light and
creamy. Beat in orange rind and juice.
