MEXICAN MANICOTTI RECIPE

Mexican Manicotti Ingredients

3 tsp oregano
16oz sour cream
2 1/2 cups water
3 tsp chili powder
16oz picante sauce
1 lb lean ground beef
16oz can refried beans
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
1/4 cup sliced green onions
8oz package manicotti shells
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese

Mexican Manicotti Method

In a bowl mix uncooked beef, beans, chili powder and oregano. Spoon into uncooked manicotti shells. Place in greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Mix water and sauce and pour over manicotti. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover then spoon on sour cream. Sprinkle with cheese, onions and olives. Bake the Mexican Manicotti for 8 minutes more.

One Pot Tuna Pasta.

This recipe will teach you how to make One Pot Tuna Pasta. It is a quick and easy recipe to make. This One Pot Tuna Pasta is a very easy pasta recipe as everything goes in the one pot, which means no messy dishes to clean up.

One Pot Tuna Pasta Ingredients

1 cup milk
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp fresh basil
4 oz jar pimento
2 1/2 cups water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
4 oz cheddar cheese grated
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
8 oz elbow macaroni uncooked
9 oz package frozen cut green beans
1 large can tuna packed in water drained

One Pot Tuna Pasta Method

Bring water, bouillon cubes, pepper and basil leaves to a boil in a 4 quart pot. Gradually add pasta so that water continues to boil. Cover and simmer for 7 minutes stirring occasionally. Meanwhile dice pimento then stir diced pimento, green beans and milk into pot then cover and simmer 8 minutes or until pasta and beans are tender. Stir in cheese, tuna and parsley until cheese is melted. Serve the One Pot Tuna Pasta immediately.
