MUSHROOMS
WITH CHICKEN RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Mushrooms with Chicken. It is a

on a friday night and relax at the end of a work week in front
of the television with my husband and a good meal.
Mushrooms
with Chicken Ingredients
3 oz butter
1/2 pint stock
4 chicken joints
1 onion chopped
1 Tbs tomato paste
1 tsp parsley chopped
4 oz button mushrooms
1/4 tsp oregano, garlic, basil chopped
Mushrooms
with Chicken Method
Season chicken pieces and fry
in butter for 20 minutes or until tender then add mushrooms
and cook for 3 minutes. Remove chicken pieces and keep hot.
Add the onion to the pan, cook until transparent then add
the stock and boil up and reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the tomato paste and herbs then correct the seasoning
and cook 5 minutes longer. Arrange the chicken on a serving
dish and pour the sauce over it. Sprinkle the Mushrooms with
Chicken with chopped parsley and serve with hokkien noodles.

ORANGE
BOURBON CHICKEN RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Orange Bourbon Chicken.
It is a quick and easy recipe to make. Orange
Bourbon Chicken is a very tasty dish and the flavours are
fantastic.This chicken recipe is quite exceptional with the
mixture of orange juice and bourbon in it. Then you sprinkle
the Orange Bourbon Chicken with slivered almonds really makes
this dish so exceptional.
Orange Bourbon Chicken Ingredients
1/2 tsp
salt
6 Tbs butter
6 Tbs bourbon
1/2 tsp pepper
2 boneless skinless chicken breast
12 oz orange juice frozen concentrate, thawed
Buttered Almonds:
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp butter
1/2 cup almonds slivered

Bourbon Chicken Method
The first thing to do is preheat
oven to 425 degrees. In a large heavy oven proof skillet melt
butter and let it cool but do not let solidify then turn chicken
in butter to coat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and
tuck edges under forming compact shape about 1 1/2 inches
thick. Place chicken in skillet skinned side up and bake at
425 degrees basting occasionally for about 15 minutes. Remove
chicken to warm serving plates and keep warm. Saute almonds
in butter until lightly toasted then sprinkle with salt and
let cook to crisp. Add orange juice concentrate to drippings
in skillet and stir over high heat until reduced by 1/3 then
stir in bourbon and heat through and then pour sauce over
chicken. Sprinkle the Orange Bourbon Chicken with the almonds.
