OCTOPUSES
IN RED WINE SAUCE RECIPE

I disliked it at first but after trying it I actually liked
it. I think the look and sound of it being octopuse turns
people off but I am certain people who like octopuses recipes
will really like the Octopuses in Red Wine Sauce give it a
try. My daughter started eating octopuses first in our family
as she used to work in a restaurant and at the end of the
night she would bring some home to have and one night I tried
it and thats when I started liking octopuses and honestly
I found it hard to believe that my daughter would eat it.
Octopuses
in Red Wine Sauce Ingredients
30g butter
1 Tbs sugar
2 Tbs tomato paste
1kg baby octopuses
1/4 cup dry red wine
3 green shallots chopped
425g can crushed tomatoes
1 Tbs chopped fresh oregano

in Red Wine Sauce Method
You must first clean the octopuses
really well and discard the head. In a large shallow microwave
dish combine the butter, shallots, oregano and sugar then
cover and cook on high for 2 minutes. Stir in the octopuses,
wine, undrained crushed tomatoes and tomato paste then cover
and cook on medium for about 25 minutes or until octopuses
are tender. Serve the Octopuses in Red Wine Sauce with fluffy
boiled rice.

WITH CHIVES AND GINGER SAUCE RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Fish with Chives and Ginger
Sauce. It is a quick and easy recipe to make.
The one thing I really like about microwave cooking is that
it is quick to cook you can have a meal cooked in under 10
minutes and not only does it cook fast it also taste really
sensational. This Fish with Chives and Ginger Sauce is one
of my favourite recipes as the taste is so exquisit and I
love it with a big bowl of basmati rice but the rest of my
family like it with vegetables and potato wedges. When you
cook fish in the microwave it comes out so tender that it
melts in your mouth.
Fish with Chives and Ginger
Sauce Ingredients
30g butter
1/2 cup water
2 tsp cornflour
4 white fish fillets
1 Tbs lemon juice
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 Tbs chopped fresh chives

with Chives and Ginger Sauce Method
In a large shallow microwave
dish combine the butter, ginger and chives then cover and
cook on high for 1 minute. Add the fish in a single layer
in dish then add lemon juice and wine then cover and cook
on high for 5 minutes then remove the fish. Add blended cornflour
and water to the dish and cover and cook on high for about
2 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens. Serve the sauce
immediately over the Fish. Cook some fluffy boiled rice and
have with the Fish with Chives and Ginger Sauce.
