CASSEROLE RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Onion Casserole. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make. Onion
Casserole is a wonderful meal to make. The flavours of onions,
cheese, chicken soup and french bread is sensational.
This recipe
is great served with a steak, sausages or rissoles or you
can have a vegetarian meal by having the Onion Casserole with
beans, carrot and corn.

Casserole Ingredients
2 Tbs butter
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 lb swiss cheese grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 slices french bread buttered
2 large onions sliced and separated into rings

Casserole Method
In a frying pan simmer onions
in butter until tender then place in a casserole dish. Top
this with the grated swiss cheese and black pepper. Heat the
soup and milk until well blended then add the soy sauce and
stir well. Pour this mixture over the onions and cheese in
the casserole dish and stir lightly using a knife. Over lap
the bread slices on the top of the casserole. Bake the Onion
Casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. After the casserole
has baked for about 15 minutes push the bread down into the
cheese and onions and continue baking for the remaining 15
minutes.
