BREAD RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Orange Bread. It is a quick and
easy recipe to make. Orange
Bread is a very tasty bread. The flavours of the orange juice
and pulp and the candied orange peel gives this bread recipe
a sensational taste. A wonderful bread served with butter
and orange marmalade.

Bread Ingredients
1 tsp salt
1 packet of dried yeast
3 1/2 cups high gluten bread flour
1/2 cup diced candied orange peel
1 1/2 cups orange juice and pulp freshly squeezed

Using
about four medium sized oranges squeeze them and add the pulp
until you have 1 1/2 cups of juice and pulp. Add the yeast
to this and allow to dissolve and start to work. You may need
more or less oranges. In a large bowl place the 3 1/2 cups
of flour and add the orange peel and salt. Stir the ingredients
together. Add the orange juice and stir until you have a cohesive
mass. Knead for ten minutes and allow to rest for five.
Knead again for ten minutes and let rest for five. Finally
knead for five minutes and then coat the dough ball with oil
and allow to double depending on temperature and yeast this
can take between one and five hours. Punch down the bread
and allow to double again. Finally shape the Orange Bread
into a loaf and allow to expand for one hour. Place in an
oven at 400 degrees for 50 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes
and then tip onto a cooling rack.
