ORANGE
CAKE RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Orange Cake. It is a quick and
easy recipe to make. This cake has a very strong wonderful
taste of orange with the juice and rind of the orange in it.
The colour of the orange cake is quite exceptional to. Great
served for afternoon tea with whipped cream.

Cake Ingredients
3 eggs
6 oz butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup plain flour
2 Tbs orange juice
1 cup self raising flour
2 tsp orange rind grated
Orange Cake Method
In a bowl cream the butter with
sugar and orange rind until light and fluffy. Beat the eggs
well and gradually add to the creamed mixture beating well
after each addition. Sift the plain and self raising flours
together and stir in alternately with the orange juice. Place
in a well greased loaf tin. Bake the Orange Cake at 325 degrees
for 1 1/4 hours.
