PARMESAN CRUSTED CHICKEN RECIPE

Parmesan Crusted Chicken.

Parmesan Crusted Chicken Ingredients


2 Tbs flour
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbs butter
1/4 cup water
3 Tbs olive oil
2 cups dry pasta
1/2 cup white wine
1/8 tsp basil leaves
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tsp crushed garlic
3/4 cup half and half
vegetable oil for frying
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
6 chicken tenders 1/2" thick
3/4 cup mild finely grated cheese

Parmesan Crusted Chicken Method

Wash and drain chicken strips. Mix breadcrumbs, flour and parmesan cheese together. Place milk in dish for dipping then dip chicken in breadcrumb mixture and then in milk and then back in breadcrumbs. Place in fry pan that the oil has been heated and fry at medium temperature until golden. Remove and drain chicken. Prepare pasta according to package directions. In a saucepan on medium heat melt butter then add olive oil. Whisk in flour until mixture is blended.

Quickly add garlic, water and 1/2 teaspoon of salt stir well and then add wine and blend. Immediately add half and half and sour cream and stir well. When mixture is smooth add grated cheese and stir until melted. Finally sprinkle fresh basil in the sauce and stir lightly then remove from heat. Place pasta in individual pasta dishes and spoon about 1/2 cup sauce over pasta then add broccoli and mushrooms. Place Parmesan Crusted Chicken on pasta and sprinkle red crushed pepper and add grated parmesan cheese.

POTTED CHICKEN WITH PEPPERS AND MUSHROOMS RECIPE

Potted Chicken with Peppers and Mushrooms.

This recipe will teach you how to make Potted Chicken with Peppers and Mushrooms. It is a quick and easy recipe to make. What a wonderful meal this makes with the combination of chicken, green peppers, mushrooms, onion, potatoes, salt and pepper and paprika. Potted Chicken with Peppers and Mushrooms Ingredients

1 tsp salt
4 potatoes
1 cup water
1 large onion
1/2 tsp pepper
oil for browning
3 green peppers
1 1/2 tsp paprika
4 chicken breasts
2 x 3 oz cans mushrooms

Potted Chicken with Peppers and Mushrooms Method

Brown chicken and remove from pot then brown peppers sliced and remove from pot. Brown onions and mushrooms together and add peppers and chicken plus seasoning and water. Cover and cook on slow flame after first boil for 2 hours then remove chicken. Add peeled potatoes in large chunks and cook for additional 20 minutes until done in gravy then add the chicken back to the mixture and serve the Potted Chicken with Peppers and mushrooms.
