OYSTER
DIP RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Oyster Dip. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make.
I have really always hated oysters as I used to see my brother
in law eat them straight of the rocks at the beach and I used
to think they were the most horrible thing I have ever saw.
Then one day my dear old mother made this dip
up and I really enjoyed it not knowing what was in it. She
told me the next day what was in it and you know to this day
I can eat the Oyster Dip but I can not eat oysters fresh or
off the rocks at the beach.
Oyster Dip Ingredients
a little milk
pinch paprika
1 spring onion
1 tsp lemon juice
4 oz cream
cheese
1/2 level tsp mustard
1 can smoked oysters
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbs finely chopped celery
1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
Oyster
Dip Method
First thing to do is drain
the oysters and chop them finely. Combine all the ingredients
except the milk in a bowl and beat until well blended. Add
enough milk to make a smooth consistency then put it in the
refrigerator for about 1 hour to chill then serve the Oyster
Dip with some cracker biscuits, carrot sticks and celery pieces.
Enjoy your freshly
made Oyster Dip!
