PASTA SALAD RECIPE
This recipe

Pasta Salad Ingredients
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbs sesame oil
2 Tbs lemon juice
3 tsp vegetable oil
250g rice vermicelli
6 oz cooked shrimp
130 grams crabmeat
1/2 tsp black pepper
red pepper sliced thin
1 1/2 cups snow peas
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1 chopped garlic clove
1 cucumber sliced thin
1 Tbs fine chopped fresh ginger

Pasta Salad Method
Wash and trim snow peas then
place them in a bowl and pour in enough boiling water to cover
them. Let stand 10 minutes then drain and set aside. Cook
the noodles in plenty of boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes
then drain in colander and rinse with cold water and set aside.
In a large bowl combine noodles, snow peas, red pepper, cucumber,
shrimp and crabmeat. In a small bowl combine ginger, garlic,
sesame oil, pepper, salt, vegetable oil, lemon juice and vinegar.
Pour this dressing over the other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Chill the Chinese Pasta Salad before serving.

EGG SALAD RECIPE
This
recipe will teach you how to make Chunky Egg salad. It is
a quick and easy recipe to make. I
really like this salad as I like eggs a lot. The mixture of
eggs, celery, onion, mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce, tabasco,
vinegar, salt, pepper, bacon, olives and then the tomatoes
and lettuce for serving makes the Chunky Egg Salad really
sensational.
Chunky Egg Salad Ingredients
1 tsp
salt
pinch pepper
1 dsp vinegar
dash of tabasco
6 hard boiled eggs
1 cup celery sliced
1 tsp onion minced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 stuffed olives chopped
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
tomatoes and lettuce for serving
3 bacon slices cooked crispy and crumbled

Egg Salad Method
Cut eggs into chunky pieces
then combine with the remaining ingredients and toss lightly
and chill well. Serve the Chunky Egg Salad on lettuce leaves
with tomato slices.
